Refund Policy
All requests for refunds must be made in writing to the California Pharmacists Association and postmarked at least five business days prior to the start of the program. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER SEPTEMBER 22, 2008. Refunds will be provided in the amount of the registration fee less a $50 administrative fee.
The Pharmacy Foundation of California (#113) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. A Statement of Continuing Pharmacy Education Credit will be sent within 4 weeks of the conclusion of the event to all registered participants who attend the entire program, complete the appropriate program evaluation(s) and complete the courses by September 28, 2008.
