Lynn Rolston, Chief Executive Officer

Lynn has an extensive background in leadership with a documented record of success. She has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and is a published author. Lynn served as the Executive Director of the Pharmacy Foundation of California from 2003 till 2005. She was recruited as the Chief Executive Officer of CPhA in 2006. Lynn and her staff work tirelessly to fulfill the CPhA mission to promote, protect, and expand the profession of pharmacy.

Theresa’s background is in sales, marketing and advertising. Theresa came to CPhA in 2003, first as an assistant to the then Senior Vice President and returned in 2007 as the Director of Membership, with the single goal of bringing the profession together under the umbrella of CPhA.
Dan Elkins , Director of IT

Dan has years of experience in the IT industry having worked as a programmer, a systems analyst and a tech support manager. Dan oversees the CPhA website, internal and external infrastructure and manages the CPhA database.
Cathi Lord, Director of Communications

Cathi comes from a broad background in communications with experience in broadcast communication design, printing and event management. Cathi is responsible for publication management, and other routine communications.
Erin Moeller – Manager, Membership and Events

Erin comes from a strong background in event and meeting planning. She has worked for a large accounting firm and, most recently, a local land developer planning corporate events and CE programs. Her role is to assist members, plan all the functions for CPHA as well as create event-specific marketing materials.
Michelle Ornelas- Accounting Coordinator

Michelle has a long history in the accounting field and manages the day-to-day accounting duties for both CPhA and PFC; processing payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly closings, and more.
R. Paige Talley, Executive Director, Long Term Care Management Council

Paige Talley joined CPhA in 1993. She has considerable experience in government relations, fund development and long-term care pharmacy. Besides her role with the Long Term Care Management Council (LTCMC), Paige is responsible for Long Term Care Weekend and several academies including the Academy of Managed Care (AMC), the Academy of Compounding Pharmacists (ACP), the Academy of Long Term Care (ALTC), and the Academy of Hospital Pharmacists (AHP).

Annette brings a wealth of pharmacy-related sales and marketing experience to CPhA. In developing new business, her ultimate goal is to leverage the profession’s two greatest strengths: the pharmacist’s unparalleled expertise in medication use and their unequalled access to patients.
Veronica Van Orman , Vice President of Community Pharmacy Relations and Insurance Services

Veronica has been on staff with CPhA for 12 years and has been closely tied to the insurance industry for over 25 years. She has been the staff liaison for the Academy of Pharmacy Owners and will now help lead the effort to expand the Academy and other services for owners. She manages the CPh-PAC as well.
