What has CPhA been doing for the Profession of Pharmacy?
CPhA has funded over three quarters of a million dollars towards multiple lawsuits, PR Campaign and constant visits to legislators in Sacramento, knocking on their doors and educating and pleading the case of pharmacists. These cuts will prove disastrous for all practicing pharmacists and students in California. For community pharmacists, this is an economical death toll. Employee pharmacists will see a reduction in ancillary help and other steps by corporate in an effort to offset their loss. These lawsuits protect jobs and business all over California.
