Leg Update October 29, 2007

Author: Kathy Lynch

                           Legislative Update

By Kathy Lynch, Vice President of Government Affairs

October 29, 2007

All of the bills that CPhA was actively watching are done for the 2007 Legislative Session. We thought we would run down the list of all the bills and what happened to each of them. If you would like more information on each bill, click on the bill number. The Legislature is still in a Special Session working on health care reform.  We will keep you updated as substantive information becomes available. If you have any questions or comments, please contact me at klynch@cpha.com or (916) 779-1400.

Thank you very much for your continued support!
