Attorneys Lynn Carman and Stan Friedman are working to make sure that all submissions are complete and timely. They are being contacted by new organizations who want to be represented in the lawsuit as well. For now, we are awaiting the hearing in Los Angeles at 10:00 am on November 17, 2008. Anyone interested in attending is welcome . The courthouse is located at: 312 N. Spring, Los Angeles, 90012 (just north of Temple).Click here for a map of the location. This hearing will involve the State’s appeal of the injunction on the 10% cuts as well as a number of other important issues.   1
